We would encourage you in all cases to contact us via the form prominent on all our web pages (see below). We need to know exactly what you want assembling (this means product codes or ideally internet links) and roughly where you are in the UK so we can provide a fixed price quote and availability. Collecting this information over the phone is far more time consuming (it can take 10-40 minutes when taking down several product details, addresses, emails etc) and there is less room for mistakes if you ensure you have put everything in an email, we can then formally reply with our Ts and Cs etc. When we are open, we generally respond within 30 mins often a lot quicker. However we have built a shopping cart (coming soon!!) covering most popular items so you can get a quote yourself or out of hours when we are closed.
Our minimum charge is £50 whether we are with you for 5 minutes or one hour, all quotes are based on units of roughly 5-7 minutes at £3 each leaving an effective hourly rate of £36. However the actual time on site will vary based on the assembler and the environment, but we when it comes to payment we always stick to the FIXED PRICE quoted unless we have been asked to do extra work. We are quick and good at what we do so are usually cheaper and assemble with much better quality than using general labourers who have not specialised in this type of work.
