Only slight thing I would mention to that the packaging was left behind on the floor for me to clear up - not sure if that fell to me to do. FPA Response: We separate the packaging into cardboard and non recycleable waste for you. however we are unable to dispose of it. This is due to the cost and constraints of the Waste Disposal Act 2006, it is a criminal offence to dispose of waste without a licence. "

- We will then ask you to give us 3 dates when you want us to come.
- We will confirm the appointment we can do within 1 hr (during normal opening hours).
